Your Tasks
- You ensure a safe, punctual, and customer-oriented handling of railway operations on the route network from Bern to Solothurn / Worb Dorf / Unterzollikofen as well as connection security to bus and train
- You control train and shunting traffic at the RBS hub
- You ensure safe operation and comprehensive information in case of incidents and disruptions while complying with applicable regulations and rules
- You manage personnel deployment in case of short-term absences
- You create and communicate the necessary instructions to the locomotive staff and/or other recipients in the prescribed form
- You support the training team
- You perform ancillary tasks
Your Profile
- At least 3-year completed recognized vocational training or Swiss Matura
- Strong service and customer awareness
- High resilience, quality awareness, networked thinking, team orientation
- Willingness to comply with guidelines, regulations, and rules
- Willingness to work evenings/nights and weekends
- Good health as well as good hearing and vision
- No entries in the criminal record (mandatory requirement)

- Training with full salary (already trained train dispatcher or train traffic controller = duration 6 months. Basic training as RBS train dispatcher = duration 11 months)
