Main Tasks
- Legal clarifications and advice on legal questions and risks in the area of asset management
- Participation in regulatory work in the area of asset management
- Support in international topics in asset management
- Support in managing various stakeholders (e.g. AMAS)
Profile
- Completed law degree at a Swiss university; additional qualifications (lawyer's license, doctorate, LL.M., etc.) are an advantage
- At least 8 years of professional experience in the financial sector with solid expertise in the fund area
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to present complex legal issues clearly and precisely both orally and in writing
- Fluent oral and written German and/or French (C2) with very good knowledge of the other official language, very good English skills (C1)
