Clerk: Order Processing (m|f|d) 80-100 %
As a central interface between our internal and external departments, you play a crucial role in order processing. You have a strong understanding of numbers and process complex data in a structured and error-free manner? Then take the opportunity to prove your strengths in this challenging position.
Your Responsibilities
- Order Management | Processing orders including creating quotes and invoicing
- Accounting | Billing of additional services and consumables as well as processing creditor invoices
- Data and Document Management | Managing customer data, checking lists and protocols, and reviewing billing journals
- Complaint Handling | Receiving and processing customer complaints to ensure high service quality
- General Administrative Tasks | Cash management, receiving visitors, telephone service, and other secretarial duties
- Organizational Support | Assisting with work preparation and performing administrative tasks to relieve the team
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Qualification and Experience | Completed commercial training or further education with several years of professional experience, ideally in the service sector
- Analytical Thinking | Excellent numerical understanding and a structured and precise approach to complex issues
- Working Style | Organized, committed, and precise working style
- IT Skills | Proficient in MS Office and experience with Abacus are required
- Language Skills | Fluent German skills in spoken and written form are required. Additional foreign languages are an advantage
