For the Division Buildings Master Builders Lucerne, we are looking to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement for a Foreman (m/f/d) 100%. Your place of employment will be Gisikon.

What you will do

• Goal-oriented and project-appropriate preparation and execution of large construction sites
• Adherence to deadlines and quality requirements of construction projects
• Economic deployment planning of personnel, equipment, and materials
• Implementation of measures for occupational safety and health protection
• Independent and responsible management of the construction site and construction site personnel
• Electronic reporting
• Use of modern working methods – in the area of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and relying on digital solutions to increase efficiency
• Shaping occupational safety and implementing SUVA guidelines and occupational safety regulations

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as a foreman (m/f/d)
• Experience in building construction / new construction
• Independent, committed, and reliable working style
• Cooperative attitude and enjoyment of teamwork
• Hands-on mentality and high flexibility as well as willingness to learn complete your profile
• As a team player, you share your knowledge and enjoy working interdisciplinarily with other trades
• You are able to act flexibly and quickly and deliver excellent performance under pressure
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Driver's license category B
