- You have completed a professional apprenticeship and have perhaps a first experience in the insurance sector
- You can demonstrate a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a vast network in the Lausanne region
- Your personality is service and solution-oriented, you inspire trust, and you have an ease in contacts with others
- You seek solutions for your clients and know how to adapt to any situation
- You are fluent in French both orally and in writing; any other language is an advantage
- Your working method is autonomous and goal-oriented; a variable remuneration based on your own performance is an additional source of motivation
- You are comfortable with common computer systems as well as learning new digital tools
