- Janitorial services: Minor repairs, handling damage reports in case of damage, reporting major repairs, regular maintenance, care of indoor and outdoor facilities, care of green areas, reading tasks, coordination/control of craftsmen services
- Pollutant contamination: Inspection rounds
- Winter service: Clearing of areas and access routes, spreading service, on-call service, clearing water drains, removing icicles, preventing roof avalanches, checking gutters
Cleaning services
- Surface cleaning: Streets, squares, large areas, markings, roadways
- Special cleaning: Facades
- Maintenance cleaning: Parking lots, squares, area

- Completed basic technical training or several years of professional experience in a manual function (sanitary/heating installer, electrician, mechanic, facility maintenance)
