• Technical and personnel leadership of a team (up to 15 employees) in electrical system engineering
• Responsibility for all electrical functions in a rail vehicle
• Responsibility for the standardization of functions and solutions
• Support of the offer team in commenting on customer specifications
• Technical coordination with other disciplines for your own field (software development, design / mechanical engineering, etc.)
• Concepts and specifications
• Creation of functional circuit diagrams and equipment lists
• Vehicle software specification
• Support of production, commissioning, and type testing of vehicles as well as subcontractors
• Collaboration with customers, suppliers, and approval authorities in an international environment

• Completed studies in electrical engineering ETH/FH or comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in electrical system engineering, preferably in the field of rail vehicles
• Several years of leadership experience desired
• High social and management competence
• Very good German and English skills
