For our customer in the Schwyz area, we are looking for an inside sales employee 80-100% (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement
Responsibilities / Main tasks
- Telephone consultation for specialist retail customers and sanitary installers
- Processing orders from order receipt to invoicing in the ERP system (CH and export markets)
- Handling after-sales support
- Active involvement and co-design in process improvements and further development of our services
Qualifications / Requirements
- Technical or commercial basic training with further education
- Very good German skills, as well as good English and French skills, Italian is an advantage
- Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and personal consultation
- Communicative, team-oriented and dynamic personality
- Networked and entrepreneurial thinking
- Independent and structured way of working as well as organizational skills
- Solid IT skills and experience with ERP software
