About the job

For our customer in the Schwyz area, we are looking for an inside sales employee 80-100% (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement

Responsibilities / Main tasks

• Telephone consultation for specialist retail customers and sanitary installers
• Processing orders from order receipt to invoicing in the ERP system (CH and export markets)
• Handling after-sales support
• Active involvement and co-design in process improvements and further development of our services

Qualifications / Requirements

• Technical or commercial basic training with further education
• Very good German skills, as well as good English and French skills, Italian is an advantage
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and personal consultation
• Communicative, team-oriented and dynamic personality
• Networked and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent and structured way of working as well as organizational skills
• Solid IT skills and experience with ERP software
