• You monitor electricity, heat, and water meter data and ensure correct ZEV/VEWA billing.
• You accompany onboarding of new customers, coordinate migrations, and drive process optimizations forward.
• You develop scripts and small automations (e.g., in Python) for data checks and efficient workflows.
• You support internal teams and customers with technical and professional questions about metering concepts, ZEV/VEWA setups, and billing.

This defines you

• You have a technical and/or commercial basic education.
• You have experience in operating data-driven processes as well as in billing and metering data systems (e.g., SAP IS-U/SD, Energy Data Management).
• You have knowledge in HVAC or property management.
• Ideally, you have already coordinated projects or subprojects.
• You have English skills; additional languages such as French are an advantage.
