The Electrical Energy Directorate operates the infrastructure of hydraulic and thermal power plants, develops facilities for electricity generation from renewable energies, and ensures electricity supply under the best possible conditions.

Your tasks:

• Project management of extensive projects in the field of renewable energies, especially PV systems, battery storage systems, and wind power projects – from feasibility study to realization and operational phase.
• Ensuring healthy and constructive relationships with all parties involved in the project (authorities, partners, contractors, suppliers, etc.) who contribute to the development of the projects under your responsibility.
• Contributing to the development of the activities and competencies of the team in the field of renewable energies and especially wind power.

Your profile:

• You have a completed degree (university/FH/ETH) in a technical field or an equivalent education.
• You have proven experience in project management of extensive projects (at least 5 years), ideally in the field of energy infrastructure.
• You are familiar with preparing budgets, business plans, and profitability calculations.
• You are a dynamic, sociable, and customer-oriented person with strong negotiation skills.
• You set high standards for the quality of your work and have a strong team spirit.
• You are a native German or French speaker and have good active knowledge of the other language in spoken and written form (level C1).
