Consultant Regulatory Management (m|f|d)

Your contribution to a modern financial industry:

• Consulting: Support our clients in developing and implementing strategies in the regulatory environment. You are the contact person for all questions regarding our regulatory management offering.
• Analysis: Analyze the impact of new regulations on CET1 ratio and liquidity indicators. Assist our clients with stress tests and supervisory exercises such as Basel monitoring.
• Development: Bring in your expertise to develop roadmaps and implementation strategies. You help our clients implement complex new regulations such as CRR III and Risk Data Aggregation and Reporting in a targeted and pragmatic way – from gap analyses to the development of implementation programs to taking over essential implementation tasks.
• Solutions: You present your results and their implications to our (international) clients from the financial industry. In addition, you manage the interface with supervisory authorities, support the identification of potential supervisory focus topics, and prepare our clients specifically for on-site inspections.
• Knowledge: You develop innovative solution approaches in the team and write articles and studies. Develop standards for future topics, especially ESG requirements, and develop compliance strategies. #LI-LARA

Your skills:

• Successful university degree (economics, e.g., business administration, economics, business administration, or natural sciences, e.g., mathematics, physics).
• Initial experience with regulatory requirements of financial service providers through an internship, consulting, in the financial and insurance industry, or through training/dual studies in banking and insurance.
• Enjoyment in solving complex problems as well as analytical and communication skills – you can inspire people for zeb and your ideas.
• Stay and grow: You want to constantly deepen your own knowledge and acquire new know-how.
