Gardener 100% (m/f/d)
Your challenge:
- Application of proven methods for plant, soil, and pest control as well as other sustainable agricultural methods for research greenhouse projects
- Propagation, cloning, planting, watering, and care of plants
- Monitoring climate data, irrigation parameters, and plant health
- Strict adherence to research protocols and environmental parameters
- Execution of drying, curing, and stabilization processes
- Keeping research and breeding rooms clean and calibrated
- Cleaning work on the premises, such as removing leaves
Your qualifications:
- Many years of experience in a technical cannabis production environment or Federal Certificate of Competence as a Gardener EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Expert knowledge in cannabis plant physiology and post-harvest workflows
- Confident handling of automated irrigation, climate sensors, and digital data collection
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and focused on consistency in high-throughput areas
- Knowledge of Office365 (Excel, Word, etc.) is an advantage
- Willingness to work weekends to ensure continuous plant care
