AeroVisto – since 2025 part of the Aero-Dienst Group and thus ADAC SE – is an internationally active specialist for the planning, design, and implementation of high-quality cabin interiors in Business Aviation.
To strengthen our project & production team, we are looking for a Production Planner / Capacity & Resource Planner (m/f/d) who controls the capacities in production, plans orders across all trades, and creates transparency about free/missing capacities as an interface to Sales.

- Capacity and resource planning for Business Aviation production (weekly/monthly planning, bottleneck management)
- Scheduling of sales orders to the production areas/trades of the AV Group (e.g., surface technology, upholstery/upholstery, etc.)
- Planning of target hours per order/work package based on sales orders/calculations as well as comparison with actual hours (time tracking/feedback) including variance analysis
- Production hours controlling: ongoing monitoring of planned/actual hours, productivity and post-calculation evaluations, root cause analysis of deviations, derivation of measures together with production/project management/sales
- Ongoing prioritization and rescheduling in case of deadline changes, AOG/hot jobs, material delays or capacity shifts
- Transparency towards sales: showing free capacities (additional orders possible) as well as capacity gaps/bottlenecks (additional orders required or not sensible)
- Project basic setup and project planning (structure, work packages, milestones, lead times; handover/coordination with project management/production)
- Material planning for all Business Aviation projects: requirements determination, scheduling, coordination with purchasing/warehouse/project team, early detection of critical materials

- Experience in production planning, capacity/resource planning, work preparation or dispatching (ideally in aviation/MRO, manufacturing or project-driven production)
- Experience with planned/actual evaluations and production hours controlling (post-calculation, variance management)
- Confident handling of Excel and planning/ERP tools (evaluations, capacity models, data logic)
- Analytical, structured working style; resilient in rescheduling and changing priorities
- Clear communication about capacities/bottlenecks, solution-oriented stakeholder management
- German very good, English good
