The Marketing & Training department at LabTec supports our business units in using knowledge as a strategic competitive advantage. We coordinate global training programs, optimize learning processes, and ensure through professional events that knowledge exchange within the METTLER TOLEDO group runs smoothly. For our location in Nänikon-Greifensee, we are looking for a committed and organized personality as Training Operations & Event Coordinator 80% (all genders). In this role, you are responsible for coordinating training plans, maintaining our learning platforms, and providing logistical support to participants. You work closely with product managers and subject matter experts to advance our digitization initiatives in the training area. In this role, you will perform the following tasks: You coordinate and maintain the training plan for LabTec and ensure the courses and events on the LMS as well as SharePoint are up to date. You support course participants with logistical matters, such as organizing accommodation and applying for visas. You lead internal training projects and work closely with interfaces such as IT (DBS), product management, and Group Functions. You support innovative projects in the area of automation as well as AR/VR/3D technologies in collaboration with our Digitalization Champions. You prepare KPIs using dashboards and BI tools and support the Head of Marketing with administrative tasks. You manage internal marketing communication for training (newsletters, invitations, agendas) and organize seminars as well as internal events.
