As a contact person for the customers of our rental properties (Löwensaal and Amthaus), we are looking for someone who understands as much about service as about heating and ventilation systems. The demands of the customers are sometimes challenging, the technical systems have their quirks, often juggling is more important than working according to plan. Are you a committed and communicative all-rounder? Then we would like to get to know you.
Employee Housekeeping (80%)
This is your job:
- Taking over and handing over the premises to customers
- Providing the necessary infrastructure
- Maintenance of technical systems
- Technical support and setup of the premises for events of the municipality of Rüti (e.g. municipal assemblies, New Year's receptions, etc.)
- Technical inspection tour in Löwen, Amthaus and the community center including meter readings
- Support of the employees in the caretaker team of the former district hospital Rüti
- Professional deputy of the head of housekeeping
You bring with you:
- Confidence and a smile on your face when there is hectic during room inspections
- Organizational skills and creativity because sometimes things don't go as planned
- Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ
- Professional experience in the field of caretaking and technical service
- High service understanding
- Independent working style and flexibility for weekend shifts (alternating with three other employees of the housekeeping team)
