Your Main Tasks

• Leadership & Responsibility: You lead a department with patients from the fields of oral, maxillofacial, and facial surgery as well as ear, nose, and throat and bear overall responsibility for smooth operations.
• Ensuring Nursing Quality: The focus of the department with 26 beds is on the admission and comprehensive care of patients with all clinical pictures of the mentioned clinics.
• Promoting Employees: You lead a committed team according to modern leadership principles, accompany and develop your employees specifically in their professional, social, and personal skills.
• Resource Management: You plan and coordinate the efficient use of personnel, material, and infrastructural resources.
• Innovation & Development: You actively shape organizational structures and work processes to ensure contemporary, patient-oriented care within the framework of the primary nursing concept.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You work closely with nursing experts and specialists to ensure and further develop nursing quality.
• Education & Projects: You implement the education concept together with those responsible for education and actively participate in project and working groups as well as in the clinic management.

Your Profile

• You are a certified nurse HF/FH and have completed further training in management or are interested in completing a MAS with a focus on leadership.
• High leadership competence and several years of leadership experience as well as commitment to shaping our value- and people-oriented leadership culture.
• Enthusiasm and joy in working with people.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, good communication skills, and the ability to foster a cooperative environment.
• Patient- and service-oriented attitude.
