Your tasks
- Medical, organizational and personnel management and development of the department
- Ensuring high-quality and future-oriented patient care
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments
- Implementation of our in-house standards and guidelines
- Commitment to the further education and training of medical staff
- Representation of the department internally and externally
- Care of women from the 32nd week of pregnancy
- Performing the required diagnostics and surgical procedures
- Responsibility for medical activities in the focus area of gynecology and obstetrics

Your profile
- German recognition as a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics
- Several years of leadership experience as chief physician or (senior) senior physician
- Willingness and interest in the structured training of assistant doctors
- Strategic and organizational competence in managing the department
- A motivating personality
- Passion for the field of gynecology and obstetrics as well as joy in work
- Willingness to actively shape the clinic and to collaborate in interdisciplinary projects
