• You manage and develop your own customer portfolio focusing on self-employed individuals, SMEs, and selected private customers
• You competently support customers in the areas of numbers, investing, financing, and retirement planning
• You accompany your customers throughout their life cycle and support them in all phases of their business
• You are not only a financial expert for your customers but also a trusted partner who builds and maintains long-term relationships
• You work closely with your colleagues and other specialists to create individual solutions

• You have several years of professional experience in banking, ideally in business customer support and financing
• You enjoy and are skilled in dealing with demanding customers
• You are rooted and well connected in the Interlaken region
• You have good communication and presentation skills and appreciate an open feedback culture
• You are a committed personality who likes to take initiative, thinks entrepreneurially, and is always curious
