Tasks:

Due to your expertise, you are responsible for the technical support of sales in our store.

• Delivery, assembly, and maintenance of fitness equipment
• Telephone and written support for technical complaints
• Spare parts management
• Repair of defective devices
• General manual work in the showroom and warehouse
• Warehouse management
• Assistance in sales and customer advice on-site as well as by phone

Requirements:

• Experience in repairing mechanical and electrical devices
• Completed manual or technical training desirable
• Customer- and service-oriented personality with interest in fitness equipment
• Driver's license class: B
• Confident handling of PC and customers
• Team player, flexible, eager to learn, open to new things
• Physical and mental fitness
