• Co-leadership of a multiprofessional treatment team of 14 employees, consisting of doctors, psychologists, psychiatric nursing professionals, social workers, and peers.
• Design of interdisciplinary,
  patient-centered, and natural network-oriented treatments with case management within the treatment team

• Dipl. Nursing Professional HF/FH with specialized training in Psychiatry
• Solid practical experience as well as leadership experience in an interdisciplinary team
• Interest in social psychiatric and
  gynecopsychiatric issues and innovative models of psychiatric care
