About the job
Our family business with approx. 180 employees and 8 locations in the Bern region is looking for reinforcement for the trendy Schanzenstrasse branch (coffee bar with bakery) immediately or by arrangement:
Salesperson/Barista, 60% or 80%
(spread over 4 or 5 days, only long-term assignments)
You ensure happy customers with the professional preparation of coffee, the charming sale of baked goods, and courteous advice. On the one hand, you thrive in the host role and, on the other hand, you know how to remain calm even in hectic situations.
You are the ideal personality for us if you meet the following conditions:
• Professional experience in a coffee-oriented business, in coffee preparation and sales is an advantage
• Very good German skills (understanding Bernese German)
• High service orientation and quality awareness
• High flexibility and willingness to work on Saturdays (Sundays off)
