- You ensure the perfect complement to our dishes! With your sense for flavors and textures, you create harmonious compositions that complete every menu
- Development and implementation of new ideas in line with the philosophy of our kitchen
- Careful handling of high-quality, regional, and seasonal ingredients
- Ensuring a smooth workflow at the Entremetier station
- Adherence to high-quality standards and HACCP guidelines
- Collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure a coherent menu design
- Training as a cook or experience in a comparable position
- Experience in upscale 4-star hotel and gastronomy is a great advantage
- Enthusiasm for seasonal and fresh products
- Creativity and attention to detail – you turn side dishes and classics into culinary highlights
- Team spirit, independence, and a high sense of responsibility
- Good to very good German skills, any additional national language is an advantage
