One of the leading senior centers in Eastern Switzerland and with around 350 employees a significant employer in the region. The professional services and various forms of housing are used by up to 330 experienced elderly people. At our two locations Kreuzlingen and Bottighofen, we implement contemporary care and support concepts. We are guided by the principles of family-centered care and palliative care. Always with the goal of enabling our residents the best possible quality of life.

As retirements are upcoming in our activation area, we are looking for reinforcement.

• Assistance in the holistic care and support of residents and support in everyday life
• Responsible for creating a meaningful quality of life for the residents
• Co-responsible for planning and implementing activities in the area of living environment and daily design in the residential areas and throughout the entire GAZK
• Implementation of current as well as new activation possibilities in everyday life
• Documentation of the individual activation process and targeted information within the team
• Use of existing aids, opportunities, and infrastructure
• Assistance in the training and supervision of students of Certified Activation Specialists HF

• Completed training as a Certified Activation Specialist HF
• Commitment to elderly people and their needs
• Current expert knowledge of geriatric concepts
• Resilience and openness to everyday life in a geriatric environment
• Teamwork, sense of responsibility, and flexibility as well as great creativity and initiative
• Good IT user skills

• Versatile, demanding, and meaningful activity within a professional, motivated, and committed team
