What awaits you- You assist the store manager in the daily management and organization of the branch
- You provide competent and customer-oriented advice, and help choose gifts from our wide range of products
- You ensure an attractive presentation of our extensive range of confectioneries and chocolates, particularly through creative store decoration
- You guarantee impeccable quality and rigorously apply our high standards
- You are an important point of contact for the team as well as for customers
- You contribute to optimizing work processes and ensure that the store operates efficiently and profitably
- You have completed training in retail and/or have equivalent experience in the food sector
- You enjoy taking a hands-on approach and have an affinity for technology
- You are motivated by process optimization and have an entrepreneurial spirit
- You demonstrate exceptional awareness of quality and hygiene
- You appreciate open and respectful communication, and you are proficient in German and English; knowledge of French and other languages is an additional asset
- You are flexible with your hours and are fully available on weekends, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays
