lead the branch both personnel-wise and professionally and continue to drive the development and expansion together with the team

be responsible for achieving the strategic goals (sales, quality, budget)

be the competent contact person for our private and business customers and advise them professionally and holistically in the areas of investing, financing, and retirement planning

manage your own customer portfolio and further expand your network of relationships

sell our products and services professionally and according to needs

collaborate across segments with other business areas

You bring

a banking-specific or business administration education and training (banking diploma, HFBF, HFW, FH, etc.)

up-to-date expertise and several years of experience in banking and leadership

a winning, solution- and leadership-oriented personality with proven communication skills

enjoy daily customer contact and recognize needs and expectations

a broad network of relationships
