The Business Unit Process Analytics develops, produces, and markets state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in biopharma, chemistry, and breweries. Our product portfolio includes sensors for critical process parameters such as pH value, oxygen, or sensors for measuring cell density, which are extremely important in biological processes and unique worldwide with their innovative technology.

What you can achieve:

• Process owner of the KVP process (develop, define, and accompany/lead KVP processes)
• Optimize production processes
• Troubleshooting in Lean topics
• Implement Lean optimizations with changes
• Initiate, lead/accompany, and implement production initiatives
• Contribute to quality and cost optimizations through the KVP process
• Consider growth from a process perspective
• Evaluate and introduce new production technologies

What you bring with you:

• Degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, physics, mechanical engineering, or similar
• Green Belt in Lean Production. Black Belt is an advantage
• Experience in process development
• Experience in project management is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and practical working style as well as analytical thinking skills
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
