Your tasks:
As part of an interdisciplinary team, you implement applied research and development projects in the field of traffic and behavioral psychology as well as sustainability in collaboration with research and practice partners. You work in a diverse and international environment. The position is limited. If interested, funding models and thus opportunities for the implementation of a doctoral project are available.
Your tasks include:
- Independent handling of projects and leading subprojects within the framework of application-oriented research & development
- Writing scientific publications in German and English
- Assisting in conducting German- and English-language courses in the Bachelor and Master of Science Applied Psychology
- Active participation in team, institute, and university development
- Assisting in the design, collection, and analysis of data as well as the subsequent development of interventions for various target groups within larger interdisciplinary research projects
Your profile:
- Master's degree in Psychology, ideally Social Psychology, Behavioral Psychology or Business Psychology
- High competence in qualitative research methods (e.g., design, implementation and analysis of interviews and focus groups)
- High competence in quantitative research methods (e.g., surveys and experiments, interest in spatial analyses desirable)
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn R and GIS
- Several years of professional experience (after graduation or studies)
- Practical experience in project management
- Ideally experience in working with youth and schools
- Language skills (German: native or C2; English: C1, fluent in spoken and written)
