Your tasks

You proactively advise interested parties regarding suitable rental offers
You handle the digital re-rental process
You are in direct contact with prospective tenants
You write apartment advertisements (print and online)
You independently select suitable prospective tenants
You create property documentation as well as rental contracts
You support the preparation of mandate offers

Your profile

You have completed training as an EFZ Customer Dialogue Specialist or EFZ Commercial Employee
You bring professional experience in direct customer consulting
You have further training in the field of customer dialogue, e.g. Contact Center Agent Customer Service / Communication / Marketing
You are digitally savvy and ideally have knowledge of Sales Force
You have joy and interest in the topics of living and real estate
Your mother tongue is German, you have good English skills and ideally you also bring additional foreign language skills
You think and act entrepreneurially and have pleasant manners
