What to expect

Through youth engagement, we empower young people in their development, promote future skills, and create impactful offerings together with strong partners. For the fixed-term maternity cover from 1 November 2026 to 30 June 2027, we are looking for a conceptually strong, networked, and implementation-oriented personality who enjoys combining social impact with professional project management and collaborative partnership.

Your impact with us

You ensure reliable continuation and coordination from the existence of current offerings to the further development of youth engagement. You plan, manage, and accompany projects and formats from preparation to implementation – including scheduling, budgeting, resources, and quality assurance. 

You maintain and develop partnerships with actors from education, youth promotion, civil society, science, and business as needed and take on interface management with communication, brand management, HR, and other departments. 

Additionally, you support evaluations, prepare decision-making bases, and make the impact and contribution of youth engagement clearly visible.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in youth and/or education sectors as well as in developing programmes and offerings for young people
• Knowledge in impact measurement and dealing with various stakeholders
• Solid project management skills to continue ongoing initiatives in a structured manner
• Practical experience in marketing and communication, especially in making offerings visible
• Excellent communication and moderation skills, confident in appearance
• Strong strategic and conceptual thinking to derive relevant offerings
• Strong networking orientation and diplomatic sensitivity in dealing with partners and interfaces
• High initiative, quick comprehension, and enthusiasm for shaping and continuous improvement
• Fluent German skills, French skills advantageous, English skills a plus
