To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for our Commercial Vehicle Center Granges-Paccot a competent and experienced person as Service Advisor 100% (m/f).
Your tasks
- Consulting and supporting our customers and business partners from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover
- Creating cost estimates, recording and processing workshop orders up to billing
- Processing damage reports, clarifications with insurance companies and experts
- Responsible for smooth warranty processing
- Initiating appropriate repair measures and monitoring deadlines
- Checking the completeness and quality of the work performed
Your profile
- Completed basic automotive training and preferably further training in the commercial field
- First experience in a similar role
- Very good German and French skills, ideally bilingual
- Strong communication skills, pleasant manners and customer-oriented appearance
- High commitment, teamwork and flexibility
- Organizational talent, resilience as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking and acting
