The company nursery Spatzennest of the Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich offers 20 care places for the children of our employees in two mixed-age groups. Children from four months to kindergarten entry are cared for within the family system.
For our team we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Independent leadership of a children's group according to social pedagogical principles
- Accompanying the children during free play and co-designing activities
- Implementation and integration of the educational nursery concept in everyday life
- Maintaining appreciative contact with parents and regular exchange
- Assuming supervisory and safety responsibility
- Performing general household tasks
Your profile
- Completed training as a childcare specialist (child)
- Experience in group leadership or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
- Qualification in vocational education is an advantage
- As an open and resilient personality, you enjoy working with children
- You are empathetic, patient, and gladly take responsibility for children, parents, and the team
- Creativity and a cheerful nature characterize you
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
