Spa Treatments Teamleader

• Support of the Spa Treatment Manager as well as the Teamleader Treatments (Beauty) in operational and administrative matters
• Ensuring existing quality standards and compliance with treatment protocols
• Responsibility for the smooth daily operation in the treatment area
• Responsible for the training of new therapists
• Optimization of daily processes
• Conducting the monthly inventory
• Ensuring compliance with specified standards according to The Dolder Grand, LQA, and Forbes
• Support in the further development and promotion of the treatment team
• Performing body treatments

80 to 100%, by arrangement

• Completed training as a masseur/therapist with leadership experience
• Several years of professional experience and knowledge in the spa and wellness sector or in the hotel industry
• Strong organizational skills, committed and service-oriented
• Entrepreneurial thinking, profit and cost awareness
• Enjoyment in contact and dealing with international guests
• Good knowledge of MS Office and the reservation system TAC
• Good language skills in German and English
