Your tasks

Implementing various projects and initiatives to further develop the offering
Ensuring flawless operation of ZKB TWINT by coordinating with various specialist teams and IT
Responsible for implementing security-related requirements for the ZKB TWINT solution from security reviews
Analyzing and optimizing processes
Optimizing the offering based on usage analyses
Collaborating with various stakeholders (development, support units, marketing, front units, legal department, etc.)
Representing the bank in external working groups and committees

Your profile

Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, or banking
At least 3 years of professional experience in product management, business engineering, or a project management role, preferably in the area of TWINT or card solutions
Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a high degree of initiative
Very good comprehension and quick recognition of contexts
Experience with agile development methods is an advantage
Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English
