Chef de Partie Tournant
Continuous working hours without room hour
Your tasks
With three restaurants totaling 100 seats for lunch and dinner, terrace, bar service, and snacks in the hall, we cover a diverse culinary offer. Our creative kitchen with 15 GaultMillau points places as much emphasis on vegetarian dishes as on meat and fish.
Have you been a commis so far and now want to develop further? Then you are just as welcome as an already experienced Chef de Partie who always wants to learn something new!
Qualifications
You are an ambitious professional who is passionate about the profession. You are interested in modern, creative, and high-quality cooking. Your solidly learned craft and your inner voice for the good and authentic serve you well. You have experience in upscale cuisine and in various stations, and you particularly enjoy preparing vegetarian and Mediterranean dishes.
