For an adult living group in Thusis, we are looking for a care professional 60-80% immediately or by agreement
Your tasks

pedagogical and nursing support for 7 adults with cognitive and physical disabilities in collaboration with the living group team
support in daily activities with a focus on living and leisure
management of the group household in collaboration with the clients
writing care documentation and general written materials
responsibility for organizational and administrative tasks as a contact person
planning, development, implementation, and reflection of individual

development plans
Your profile
- completed training as a care professional EFZ, or comparable training
- solid professional experience and enjoyment of working in the diverse care everyday life with people with different support needs in the areas of care and pedagogy as well as people with challenging behaviors or interest in working in this demanding field

responsible, flexible, pragmatic, and stable personality
joy and motivation for teamwork and support of the group management
willingness to work in split shifts and weekend assignments as well as

to take on night on-call duty on-site

organizational, administrative, and planning skills as well as good IT user knowledge
interest in further training and education
driving license B and willingness for passenger transport
