Job Description
Shape the banking & insurance market in Switzerland as the partner of choice with the latest Microsoft technologies together with isolutions!
This is what gets you up in the morning:
- Expansion, leadership, and strategic development of the Market Unit including sales, revenue, and profitability responsibility
- Development of a clear go-to-market strategy as well as a scalable portfolio of offerings for banks and insurance companies
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline including forecasting and key account responsibility
- Building and maintaining sustainable C-level relationships as well as conducting executive briefings and advisory formats
- Ensuring customer success and delivery excellence in close collaboration with technology and delivery units
- Expanding the Microsoft partnership and positioning isolutions as a thought leader in the industry
We expect from you:
- Several years of leadership experience with a focus on sales and market, as well as pronounced industry expertise in the banking and insurance environment
- Proven track record in building a customer portfolio with sustainable revenue and profitability growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high personal responsibility, and the ability to inspire people and connect across units
- Experience in closing complex deals and negotiating at the C-level
- Extensive network with Swiss banks and insurance companies
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services environment
