Spitex Regio Laufenburg is an open-minded non-profit organization. In our contract municipalities Laufenburg, Mettauertal and Gansingen, we support people in leading an independent life and contribute to their quality of life.

With professional care, household help and support, as well as the specialties psychiatry, palliative care and wound management, we ensure outpatient home care.

Head of Administration, Finance and Human Resources 60 - 80 %

Your tasks

• responsibility for the areas of finance, administration, personnel and IT
• management of accounting, annual financial statements, budget and preparation of statistics
• handling of the entire personnel administration as well as monthly payroll processing
• client administration and general administrative tasks
   

Your skills

• completed commercial basic training EFZ
• several years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in the Spitex environment or healthcare sector
• solid knowledge in finance and accounting, HR as well as administrative processes
• high IT affinity
