Spitex Gäu is a non-profit organization and provides professional and comprehensive care and support at home on behalf of the municipalities of Egerkingen, Härkingen, Neuendorf, Niederbuchsiten, Oberbuchsiten, and Oensingen, as well as outside the supply area.

In addition to outpatient basic care, we also provide specialized services in the areas of palliative care, psychiatric care, and wound care.

We are looking for a housekeeper immediately or by arrangement:

Housekeeping Employee 40-60%

Your main tasks:

You support our clients in housekeeping at home according to the tasks defined in the housekeeping needs assessment. You observe changes in the clients and report them to the case manager. Electronic reporting and documentation of the activities performed are also part of your duties. 

You bring with you:

• Resilience
• Interest and joy in housekeeping activities
• Language skills in German (spoken and written) and Swiss German (spoken)
• Precise working method and sense of responsibility
• Experience or training in housekeeping is an advantage 
• Appreciation and empathy
• Teamwork skills and empathy 
• Driver's license category B and own car
