CSR Internship - 6 months starting February 2026

About the job

The Fairmont Monte Carlo is a luxury hotel located in the heart of the Principality of Monaco. It features 596 rooms, suites, and residences as well as four restaurants, three bars, a Fitness Center, a Spa, two swimming pools, Room Service, and a Catering service.

Under the responsibility of your tutor, you will thrive daily in the department's activities, namely:

• Contribution to the monitoring of CSR files 
• Facilitation of the "CSR toolbox" for stakeholders
• Monitoring our work areas: dialogue – responsible marketing – CSR decisions made by management
• Operational follow-up of projects
• Study of actions taken based on feedback
• Study of actions taken by public actors to support CSR (various government departments, local authorities...)
• Facilitation of ongoing projects (hotel labeling, food waste reduction, GHG reduction…)
• Contribution and logistical support for organizing dialogue sessions with stakeholders
• Contribution to the drafting and finalization of a specifications document with ROI on the projects handled

• Higher education with at least 1 year in the CSR field.
• Engineering studies desired
