Job Description
MISSION & OBJECTIVE
- As a Business Development Manager within the IOTA group, you will play a key role in defining and implementing our growth strategy with globally renowned clients in the energy and heavy industry sectors.
- You will be responsible for identifying and seizing opportunities from the early stages of projects, while consolidating IOTA's strategic position in technical assistance and the international deployment of human resources across all continents.

ACTIVITIES
- You identify target companies within your network or through prospecting efforts in various sectors, with no sectoral or geographical limits;
- You offer clients and prospects a varied range of services and ensure continuous development to effectively meet their needs in technical assistance, international deployment, and local integration;
- You maintain regular communication with clients, becoming their preferred partner, and ensure the sustainability of the business relationship;
- You are responsible for the profitability of client accounts under your management, in accordance with Group criteria;
- You identify necessary resources and monitor your consultants on assignment, from negotiating service and working conditions to administrative follow-up.
Qualifications
Education:
- Master's degree (Business School or Engineering School + Master in a dual curriculum)
- IT: proficiency in Office 365 suite (advanced Excel level)
- Language: English C1 minimum
Experience:
- You have at least 2 to 3 years of initial B2B sales experience in a Technical Assistance company or consulting firm in an international environment (excluding IT).
- You are comfortable navigating different currencies, have excellent Excel skills, and experience in costing and commercial offer preparation.
- You are familiar with the various phases of an industrial project.
- You are used to working in a challenging environment with weekly performance indicator monitoring.
Soft Skills:
- You are business-oriented and have a strong sense of customer satisfaction;
- You have analytical skills and a strong taste for human relations;
- Your interpersonal skills allow you to work effectively within a team (sharing information, oral and written communication, team spirit, reporting);
- You demonstrate organization in managing your time and administrative tasks;
- You know how to communicate and collaborate effectively with both internal and external company resources.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
- Contract type: Full-time permanent contract in Switzerland
- Start date: Desired March 1, 2026
- Salary: Fixed (over 13 months) + uncapped bonus + transport allowance (over 11 months), free parking space
- Work location: Route de la Gare 26, 1295 Mies – Switzerland
