For several LAVEBA shops with AGROLA gas stations in the greater St. Gallen area, we are looking for you by arrangement as

Shop Manager

• You take over the management of our LAVEBA shop and ensure that customers and the team feel equally comfortable
• As a central hub, you plan and coordinate staff deployment and support your team with heart, commitment, and clear communication
• You confidently manage the administrative area and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background
• With your friendly manner, you inspire our customers and actively pitch in with daily shop operations
• You ensure an attractive and always available assortment – from ordering to checking goods deliveries
• You demonstrate your sense of responsibility during cash and monthly closings, ensure correct cash flows, and reliable gas station collections
• You create a well-maintained, inviting environment – both in the shop and throughout the entire gas station

• You have training in retail and are familiar with daily operations in a shop or gas station
• You enjoy working with people and take responsibility: leadership is not an obligation for you but an opportunity to strengthen your team and celebrate successes together
• You have an eye for the essentials: a well-kept shop, clean station, and clear processes are important to you – and that is exactly what makes you successful in this job
• You love direct customer contact and present yourself friendly, confident, and helpful
