Die Kita ylaa Bruderholz in Basel bietet Kindern im Alter von drei Monaten bis zum zweiten
Kindergarten eine pädagogisch optimale familien- und schulergänzende
Betreuungsmöglichkeit. Die Betreuung findet bilingual (D/ E) an 2 Standorten statt. Sie gehört zur kidéal Gruppe, welche einen gesamtheitlichen Dienstleistungskatalog im Bereich
Kinderbetreuung anbietet und in den Regionen Zürich, Aargau und Basel über 25 eigene
Betriebe führt.
In der Funktion der Gruppenleitung führen Sie ihre Gruppe selbständig und setzen die kidéal- Philosophie um. Sie sind für die fachliche, organisatorische sowie die personelle Leitung ihrer
Gruppe verantwortlich. Dabei werden Sie durch die Pädagogische Leitung begleitet und unterstützt.

Die Koordination der pädagogischen und organisatorischen Arbeit der Mitarbeiter
Ihrer Gruppe
Ansprechperson für die Eltern Ihrer Gruppe
Mitverantwortung bei der Planung und Koordination der Erziehungs-, Bildungsund Betreuungsarbeit
Ihre Qualifikationen
(Sozial-) Pädagogische Ausbildung auf tertiärer Stufe, HF oder Bachelor/ Master
Gute Englischkenntnisse
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kinderbetreuung
Selbstständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken
Berufsbildnerkurs oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren

The ylaa Bruderholz child care centre in Basel offers children aged three months to the second kindergarten an educationally optimal childcare option that complements the family and school. The care takes place bilingually (D/E) at 2 locations. It is part of the kidéal
Group, which offers a comprehensive range of childcare services and operates more than 25 of its own institutions in the regions of Zurich, Aargau and Basel.
In the position of Group Leader you will lead your group independently and implement the kidéal philosophy. You are responsible for the professional, organizational and personnel management of your group. You will be accompanied and supported by the Pedagogical
Manager.

Your responsibilities
Primary responsibility for the well-being of the children in your group
The coordination of the pedagogical and organizational work of the staff members of your group
Contact person for the parents of your group
Co-responsibility for the planning and coordination of education, training and care work
Your qualifications
(Social) pedagogical training at tertiary level, HF or bachelor's/master's degree
Professional experience in the field of childcare
Independent and efficient way of working
Ability to work in a team and flexibility
High level of service awareness
Economical thinking
Vocational training course or the willingness to complete it
