Partner Success Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What to expect from us:

• You are the first contact person for our fiduciary partners and accompany them throughout their entire journey with bexio – from the first contact to the successful use of our solution.
• In exciting product demos, inspiring academies, and interactive webinars, you show how easy and effective bexio can be used.
• You support fiduciaries in migrating their clients and ensure that everything runs smoothly – from the start to license usage.
• You build long-term, trusting relationships with our partners – online, by phone and during occasional on-site visits, which you conduct together with our sales and partner manager.
• You work closely with teams such as support, product management and marketing to understand and implement the wishes and needs of our partners.
• With your creativity and commitment, you actively contribute to the development and implementation of our go-to-market strategy and help us make the fiduciary channel at bexio even stronger.

What we expect from you:

• You have completed training, supplemented by further education and 3-4 years of professional experience, ideally in customer service or sales.
• You have expertise in fiduciary and accounting areas – experience with SaaS solutions would be the icing on the cake.
• You love working with business customers and bring experience in partner or account management.
• Your presentations inspire, and you feel right at home in webinars and training sessions.
• A can-do mentality, initiative, team spirit, and the ability to quickly grasp even complex topics characterize you.
• You are open, communicative, and know how to inspire people at all levels.
• German is your native language and you can communicate very well in French, both spoken and written. Additionally, you shine with good English skills.
