• You implement the educational mandate for nursing and ensure high training quality together with the wards
• You accompany, promote, and inspire learners and students and actively support them in developing their action competencies
• You develop varied training sessions and design the transfer lessons for our students
• You bring fresh ideas into educational work and help shape area-specific tasks and processes – from recruiting trainees to events to developing and implementing training tools and concepts

• You have a nursing degree at tertiary level and bring valuable experience from acute care hospitals
• You confidently accompany trainees at various educational levels and have pedagogical further training
• You plan and organize skillfully and apply these abilities purposefully in everyday life
• You are digitally savvy and convince with clear, professional communication
