About the job
We strive for a world where buildings do not waste energy. SIGA produces a completely airtight, energy-efficient building envelope made of high-quality membranes, sealing tapes, and sealants, which are distributed worldwide. Around 650 employees in 23 countries work every day towards this vision.
The Leadership Development Programme prepares you step by step for a responsible role within SIGA Communications. Over approximately two years, you combine practical market experience, methodological expertise, and leadership development into a holistic understanding of how communication works and is managed in an international environment. After completing the programme, you will take on a leadership role in the Communications area and actively shape the future of the SIGA brand.
Leadership Development Programme
Sales Experience & Training (10 months): The Leadership Development Programme begins with an intensive introductory phase in sales training at the headquarters. Afterwards, you start directly in the market and take over your own sales territory in the German-speaking region. In doing so, you experience how customer relationships are formed, develop, and function, and learn what truly moves our target groups.
Leadership Experience & Training (3 months): Back at headquarters, you deepen your understanding of what collaboration and leadership mean at SIGA. You acquire fundamentals in project management, communication, and method application. A compact leadership module teaches you principles of successful teamwork and self-leadership and forms a valuable foundation for your future role with responsibility.
Communications Experience (6 months): Finally, you discover the world of communication and learn how ideas become impactful messages. You work in various areas of our Communications team at headquarters and take on your own projects in brand management, product communication, content, and visual design. In doing so, you work closely with sales, product development, and our international back offices.
International Experience (3 months): Towards the end of the programme, the goal is to experience international communication directly on site. You spend several weeks with our back office teams in Norway and North America, where you accompany our markets and experience how communication works in different cultures and contexts.
The Leadership Development Programme is the beginning of your journey at SIGA. Ready to help shape the future as a leader?
