Your tasks:
• Technical 1st and 2nd level support of our VoIP & Internet solutions via our various communication channels (phone, email, ticket & chat)
• Supporting the sales team in advising our partners and customers
• Creating guidelines and managing wiki documentation
• Assisting with the setup and maintenance of our website
• Administrative and technical tasks related to our products
Your skills:
• Solid network knowledge and experience in the areas of VoIP and PBX (Voice over IP and Private Branch Exchange), ideally a degree in computer science or a comparable field
• Native Swiss German; knowledge of English & French is a plus
• Strong customer orientation and commitment to the company
• Experience in telephone customer support
• Communication skills, both oral and written
