Your area of responsibility

Creation of monthly contract-compliant invoices and credit notes for various operations throughout Switzerland

Ensuring the correct mapping of customer contracts in our ERP systems

Assessment of customer orders in close cooperation with customer service and sales department

Qualitative checking, recording, and maintenance of customer master data

Creation of evaluations for specialist departments as well as customers

Regular updating of master data

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or similar education
• Several years of professional experience in billing, internal sales, or customer service, etc.
• Understanding and interest in ERP systems as well as affinity for financial processes
• Good user knowledge of the entire MS Office suite
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of French and/or English
• Experienced in communication with external and internal stakeholders
• Independent, precise, and reliable working style
• Team-oriented, motivated, and positively minded personality with a flair for numbers
