In light of the upcoming retirement of our long-standing position holder, we offer a challenging and responsible leadership position in a forward-looking and innovative hospital environment. From May 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed individual who will take over the management of infrastructure and technology with passion and expertise, thus making a significant contribution to the smooth operation and further development of our hospital.

• Leadership, promotion, and organization of the Technical Service team with four employees
• Planning and coordination of maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and inspections
• Ensuring reliable media and energy supply with consideration of efficiency and sustainability
• Professional execution and monitoring of maintenance and repair work to preserve the value of buildings, technical systems, and infrastructure
• Responsibility for the maintenance of company vehicles as well as ensuring their operational safety and functionality
• Commissioning, control, and quality assurance of cooperation with external suppliers, craft businesses, and service providers
• Processing and support of conversion and adjustment projects in collaboration with internal departments and external construction partners
• Leadership of the safety committee and assuming the role of safety officer (SIVE)
• Participation in complex installations and IT networks
• Support in troubleshooting, defect rectification, and demanding technical operations
• Participation in on-call duty (night and weekend)

• Basic vocational training, ideally as an electrician, HVAC technician, or in a comparable technical profession
• Advanced professional qualification (e.g., electrical planner, safety specialist, HVAC expert, or similar technical further education)
• Several years of professional experience in technology and maintenance, preferably in a hospital environment or other demanding technical operations
• Proven experience in project management
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong service orientation as well as confident and target-group-appropriate communication
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty; a maximum travel time of 35 minutes must be ensured
