Your main tasks:
- Set up a new production line
- Welcome and validate new production and control equipment
- Industrialize production, implement working methods
- Manage the development of new products
- Meet department objectives (quality, deadlines), train employees
- Contact clients and suppliers
- Engineer or technician in microtechnology graduated in the industrial field or equivalent
- Autonomous, responsible, motivated
- Methodical, flexible, and rigorous
- Excellent knowledge in project management and research and development.
- Knowledge of chemistry is an asset
- Native French speaker with proficiency in German or English
- Ideal age 25 - 50 years
