The SAP CC of the University of Basel is affiliated with the Finance Directorate and ensures the operation and further development of the entire SAP environment. As part of succession planning for our dynamic SAP team, we are looking for a committed personality as SAP HCM Specialist.
Your tasks
- You support the SAP HCM processes as well as the Self Services applications in S/4 HANA
- You are responsible for the applications E-Recruiting as well as the electronic personnel file
- You work closely with the process owners in SAP projects
- You take over the deputy role in the module support SAP Personnel Administration, Payroll and Time Management as well as the execution of the monthly payroll
- You support the specialist departments in the analysis and resolution of complex issues
Your profile
- Completed training in business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the support and further development of SAP HCM and HR processes
- Knowledge of SAP SF E-Recruiting is an advantage
- Independent, efficient and structured way of working
- Very good German skills in spoken and written, good English skills are an advantage
